Kia Orana and welcome to Ocean Spray Villas, two individual self contained stand alone 3 bedroom modern villas each with their own spectacular ocean views. Located on the Northern side of the island approximately a 3 minute walk from Tamarind House Restaurant or a 15 minute walk to main town.

Very stylish in decor and each with their own special character (same layout).

Please note that each particular villa cannot be reserved and will be assigned at time of check in.

Villa 1 & 2

Room Features Include:

• Serviced every third day

Rates:
1-2 persons T$425.00 per villa per night
3-4 persons T$475.00 per villa per night
5-6 persons T$525.00 per villa per night
Extra Persons T$50 per night 

Only valid for travel between:

• 1st December 2022 – 20th December 2022
• 20th January 2023  – 31 March 2023
• Subject to availability
• Rates include air conditioning & servicing every 3rd day
• Full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notice must be received in writing by email from guest, the receipt of which needs to be verified and acknowledged by Operator
More than FORTY FIVE (45) days prior to arrival: NO cancellation fee
Between THIRTY ONE (31) and FORTY FIVE (45) days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
THIRTY (30) days or less notice prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
No shows or days not used due to premature departure: 100% cancellation fee

COVID FLEXIBLE TRAVEL POLICY
Free date change or full refund on all new bookings impacted by government border restrictions or ill health due to positive covid 19 test [medical certificate essential] outside of 24hours.
• Date change valid up until one year from original booked date
• All date changes and cancellations due to covid 19 air restrictions must be made at least 24hours prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee will apply if cancellation occurs within 24hrs of arrival – no refund or date change flexibility will exist.

We recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or any other claims.
