Ian Charles – Branch Manager

A family man and previous business owner of over 21 years. Ian enjoys helping businesses achieve their goals. He has a strong background in customer service and sales and believes it’s important to build up a good customer relationship. In his spare time, Ian enjoys tending to his property in Featherston and spending quality time with family. He has been involved in many community projects having previously been a member of the Round Table of New Zealand Community organisation.

Shalene Singh – Business Development Manager

Shalene comes from ten years of Bartercard experience in the largest brokerage in Sydney Australia. Shalene gained extensive knowledge and experience with Bartercard’s processes and procedures and is excited to have returned to Bartercard in her hometown. She’s also opened her own business, which has given her the tools to understand and appreciate, from a business perspective, what it takes to own and run a business. Shalene’s interests include property investment, travelling and spending quality time with her family.
