End of Year Trade Show Terms & Conditions

Wednesday, 15 November 2023, 1 PM – 7 PM, Auckland Netball Centre, 7 Allison Ferguson Drive, St Johns, Auckland                          

Stand Information
Each exhibitor area measures 3m wide x 2m deep x 2.3m high and includes the following:

  • 1x trestle table & table cloth
  • 1x chair
  • 2 x 150-watt spotlights
  • Power outlet.

Cost Per Stand: T$499+GST.

T$50 off when registered before Friday, 20 October 2023 using discount code EARLYBIRD.

Black Cardholders receive a complimentary stand.

Platinum Cardholders and Out of Town members receive a 50% discount.

Exhibition Set-Up
Wednesday, 15 November 2023, 8.30 AM – 12 PM.

Opening Hours
Wednesday, 15 November 2023, 1 PM – 7 PM.

All stands are to be packed down and out by 8 PM.  Exhibitors are to remove any rubbish and boxes and leave the area clear of debris.

Exhibition Stands
T$499+GST per stand.

Each stand will include:
1/ Velcro receptive partitions 2.3m high to which articles may be attached by Velcro hooks, staples or picture hooks
2/ 1 x table (1.8m)
3/ 1 x table cloth
4/ 1 x chair
5/ 2 x 150-watt spotlights
6/ Flooring material is carpet.

Exhibitors may have goods delivered on the day only. These must be clearly marked with your company name and stand number. There are no facilities for storage prior to this date. All goods must be removed the same day by 8 PM.

Car Parking
There are car parking facilities.  However, no cars or trailers are allowed within the venue to set up/dismantle.

Food and refreshments will be available for purchase from the onsite canteen throughout the show.

1/ All products and services available at the show must be full trade.
2/ Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, set up and removal of all their displays and materials. All rubbish to be removed while setting up and packing up – rubbish bins provided.
3/ Stands must be occupied by 12 PM; if you are going to arrive after this time then you must advise us prior to the show. Bartercard reserves the right to on-sell any unoccupied stand at 12 PM on the day of the Trade Show.
4/ Stands must not be dismantled before 7 PM.
5/ Exhibitors must keep their displays within the confines of their own stand, with no encroaching of displays, signs, or marketing into or above the aisles – unless by prior arrangement.
6/ Exhibitors are responsible for removing all fastenings attached to any panels – panels damaged that cannot be used again will be charged at $50+GST per panel.
7/ Exhibitors must comply with all health and safety regulations as set out by the Auckland Netball Centre Site Safety Rules which will be sent in your exhibitor’s pack.
8/ Exhibitors to supply sufficient staff to assist with set up and dismantling of stands. Stands are to be attended at all times.
9/ Bartercard accepts no liability for loss or damage to any property.
10/ Auckland Netball Centre has zero tolerance for rubbish, please ensure you remove ALL your own rubbish at the end of the show.  A fine will be imposed if anyone is caught littering.

Cancellation Policy
Within 14 days (in writing) of the show commencing, you are liable for 50% payment; ‘No Shows’ are liable for 100% payment. This includes stands that are free of charge.
