Christchurch Trade Show Terms & Conditions

Tuesday, 26 November 2024, 1 PM – 7 PM, Riccarton Park Function Centre, 165 Racecourse Road, Bloomfield, Christchurch                     

Stand Information
Each exhibitor area measures 3m wide x 2m deep x 2.3m high and includes the following:

  • 1x trestle table & table cloth
  • 1x chair

The cost is T$175+GST per stand.

T$50 off when registered before Friday, 18 October 2025, using discount code EARLYBIRD.

Black Cardholders receive a free stand.

Platinum Cardholders and Out of Town members receive a 50% discount.

Add ons:

  • T$25+GST per table
  • T$20+GST per chair

Exhibition Set-Up
Tuesday, 26 November 2024, 10 AM – 12 PM.

Opening Hours
Tuesday, 26 November 2024, 1 PM – 7 PM.

Dismantling
Tuesday, 26 November 2024, no earlier than 7 PM.

Exhibition Stands
T$175+GST per stand.

Each stand will include:
1. Velcro receptive partitions 2.3m high.  Articles may be attached with velcro hooks, staples, or picture hooks.
2. 1 x table (1.8m).
3. 1 x table cloth.
4. 1 x chair.
5. Flooring material is timber.

Deliveries
Exhibitors may have goods delivered on the day only.  These must be clearly marked with your company name and stand number.  There are no facilities for storage prior to this date.  All goods must be removed the same day by 8.30 PM. 

Car Parking
There are car parking facilities.

Catering
Food and refreshments will be available for purchase throughout the show. 

Regulations
1. All products and services available at the show must be for sale on full trade.
2. Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, set up, and removal of all their displays and materials.  All rubbish is to be removed while setting up and packing up – rubbish bins provided.
3. Stands must be occupied by 12 PM; if you are going to arrive after this time, then you must advise us prior to the show.  Bartercard reserves the right to on-sell any unoccupied stand at 1 PM on the day of the Trade Show.
4. Stands must not be dismantled before 7 PM.
5. Exhibitors must keep their displays within the confines of their own stand, with no encroaching of displays, signs, or marketing into or above the aisles – unless by prior arrangement.
6. Exhibitors are responsible for removing all fastenings attached to any panels. Panels damaged that cannot be used again will be charged at $50+GST per panel.
7. Exhibitors must ensure they eliminate the risk of harm to themselves or any other person during set up, during the show and whilst dismantling their displays.
8. Exhibitors must supply sufficient staff to assist with setting up and dismantling stands. Stands must be attended to at all times.
9. Bartercard accepts no liability for loss or damage to any property. 

Regulations
Within 14 days (in writing) of the show commencing, you are liable for 50% payment.  ‘No Shows’ are liable for 100% payment.  This includes stands that are free of charge.
