On-Site Resort Facilities and Services
Two restaurants and bars, waterfall-fed main swimming pool, sun loungers on the beach as well as by the pool, snorkeling and kayaking gear, pool/ beach towels, porter service, onsite parking, rental car hire, scooter and bicycle hire, luggage storage, Island bus service stops at the entrance of the Resort, Wedding / Event packages, Conferencing and Function facilities, DVD library, book exchange library, night porter and 24 hour security, Guest Lounge, Day Room (chargeable) – shower, toilet, basin, and changing area, Reception and Concierge services, Wi-Fi internet services (chargeable), weights centre, housemaid services, guest laundry, gift shop, and on site Spa.

Please note that children are permitted to dine with families in Oceans Restaurant and to attendWedding Ceremonies and WeddingReceptions. Children are not permitted access to the swimming pool, Flambé Restaurant or other Resort Areas.

The Resort’s fine dining option, Flambé Restaurant, is open Friday and Saturday nights only. Advance reservations recommended.

Offsite activities can be arranged by third party companies such as: Same day laundry and dry-cleaning, Progressive Dinner Tour, scuba diving beyond the reef, windsurfing, sailing, glass bottom boat tour, lagoon cruises, deep-sea game fishing, Circle Island tour, scenic and chartered flights, cultural village tours, golf and walking tours and treks, Inter island travel and accommodation, rental motor vehicles, and mountain rainforest safari tour in 4WD vehicle.

Child Policy / MinimumAge Requirement
Crown Beach Resort & Spa has a no children under the age of 16 years policy. However, this policy only applies to the accommodation, pool area, weights centre, Flambé Restaurant and private areas of the Resort. Oceans Restaurant is open to the public and children may be permitted under the supervision of their parents.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations over 90 days before arrival – No Cancellation Fee
  • Cancellations 89 days or less before arrival, no show, early departure 100% cancellation fee

NOTE: In the event of a cancellation, penalties will be applied as per Terms and Conditions. We encourage our guests to book Travel Insurance to be able to claim for cancellations beyond their control.  Cancellations must be received in writing and are valid when a cancellation number is confirmed to you.  If you do not receive a cancellation number from us you must assume that we have not received the notice and the booking will remain in the system and will be invoiced as a ‘no show’ charge
