Our little Bungalows are your home away from home. Located on the inland side of Muri Beach, but still, only 4 minutes walk to Koka Lagoon Cruises, Captain Tamas, the Night Market, Cafes, Restaurants and of course stunning Muri Beach. Each bungalow has to air-condition in the bungalows. Amazing value and the most comfortable beds.

T$290 per night for up to 4 guests

Early Check In $180 (6am onwards)

Late Check Out $180 (6pm or prior)

Only valid for travel between:

1 April 2021 – 31 March 2022
1st November 2022 – 31st March 2023
Subject to availability
Full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
Maximum 4 guests (adults or children) occupancy in the Bungalows

Please note rates are quoted in New Zealand Trade Dollars inclusive of tax and are subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notice must be received in writing by email from guest, the receipt of which needs to be verified and acknowledged by Operator
More than FORTY FIVE (45) days prior to arrival: NO cancellation fee
Between THIRTY ONE (31) and FORTY FIVE (45) days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
THIRTY (30) days or less notice prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
No shows or days not used due to premature departure: 100% cancellation fee

COVID FLEXIBLE TRAVEL POLICY
Free date change or full refund on all new bookings impacted by government border restrictions or ill health due to positive covid 19 test [medical certificate essential] outside of 24hours.
• Date change valid up until one year from original booked date
• All date changes and cancellations due to covid 19 air restrictions must be made at least 24hours prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee will apply if cancellation occurs within 24hrs of arrival – no refund or date change flexibility will exist.

We recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or any other claims.
