T$770 Per night for up to 6 Guests

Serviced Every 3rd Day

Only valid for travel between:

• 1st November 2022 – 31st March 2023
• Subject to availability
• Full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
• Maximum 6 guests (adults or children) occupancy in the Villa

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notice must be received in writing by email from guest, the receipt of which needs to be verified and acknowledged by Operator
More than FORTY FIVE (45) days prior to arrival: NO cancellation fee
Between THIRTY ONE (31) and FORTY FIVE (45) days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
THIRTY (30) days or less notice prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
No shows or days not used due to premature departure: 100% cancellation fee

We recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or any other claims.

Please note we require 24 hours notice for bookings within New Zealand and one weeks’ notice to be able to confirm any International bookings.
